NI Drinks Delivery operates this website and arranges the delivery of alcohol sold by licensed retail partners. We are currently piloting our service in Newry (postcodes BT34 and BT35) with one licensed retail partner. All alcohol sold through this website is sold by that licensed retailer, acting as the seller of record.

You must be 18 years or older to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you are 18 or over. A challenge 25 policy applies on delivery: the driver will ask for valid photo ID (passport, driving licence or PASS-accredited card) for anyone who may look under 25. We will not leave alcohol with anyone who is under 18, intoxicated, or without acceptable ID, and the order will be returned to the retailer.

Your basket is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when our system confirms it to you. Prices are set by the retailer and may change between visits; the price you pay is the price confirmed at checkout. We charge a delivery fee per order, shown at checkout before you confirm. Payment is taken on delivery for the pilot; card payment will be introduced once our payment provider approves alcohol sales.

We deliver only within our pilot territory (Newry, BT34–BT35) and only within permitted hours: Monday–Saturday 8am–11pm and Sunday 10am–10pm. You choose a one-hour delivery window at checkout. Someone aged 18 or over must be present to receive the order. If we cannot complete delivery, the order is returned and a redelivery fee may apply.

You may cancel an order before it is picked up by contacting us. Once the driver has set out, the order cannot be cancelled. If an item arrives damaged, is wrong, or is missing, contact us and we will refund or replace it. You may not cancel or return alcohol purely because you change your mind once it has been accepted for dispatch, in line with UK distance-selling rules for perishable goods.

Please drink responsibly. Do not purchase alcohol for anyone under 18 (proxy purchasing is an offence). Information about alcohol units and health guidance is available at drinkaware.co.uk.
