NI Drinks Delivery is the controller of personal data collected through this website. Contact us at hello@nidrinks.delivery with any privacy question or request.

When you place an order we collect your name, mobile number, delivery address, postcode, chosen delivery window and any delivery notes. We keep a record of your orders and their status. When you create an account we collect your email address. If you submit a franchise enquiry we collect the name, email, phone number and message you provide.

We use order details to fulfil and deliver your order, to check age eligibility, and to keep required records. Delivery details are shared with our licensed retail partner and the driver handling your order — nothing more. Franchise enquiries are used to respond to you and assess your enquiry. We rely on contract performance for order data and legitimate interests for service improvement and security.

Drivers record that a photo ID check took place at handover. We do not store copies, scans or photographs of your identity documents. The check outcome is recorded against the order for compliance purposes.

We share data only with: our licensed retail partner (to fulfil your order), our delivery drivers (delivery address and contact number), our hosting and database provider, and email delivery providers. We never sell your data. We may disclose data where the law requires it, including to licensing authorities.

Order records are kept for the period required for accounting and age-verification compliance (up to six years for financial records). Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it. Franchise enquiries are kept for 24 months.

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or object to our use of it. Email hello@nidrinks.delivery. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
